Our Core Philosophy:

Working in cutting-edge development, we value fun, curiosity, and community. Delivering those services additionally takes attentive listening, attention to detail, and a keen ability to assess needs. Imagination, possibility, and curiosity work hand in hand to create new avenues to solving the needs of our clients. Community, trust, the genuine desire to help others, and an open mind are all keys to our formula. But of course there is always freedom to be a little kooky.

We work for organizations with drive. Places where our work is not just your plain old dull I.T. work. Places where our creativity enhances that of your own. There is simply no room for negative attitudes, arrogance, critical and judgmental thoughts, or a need to 'just get along'. There is not enough time in the world to combat organizational cultures which foster these negative values. Thus we are not only interviewed by potential clients, but we asses if potential clients are compatible with our values.
